Product Description
Metal sheet cladding prefabricated building steel structure project for workshop
A steel structure workshop is a building or facility constructed mainly using steel as the structural framework, it utilizes steel components such as beams, columns, trusses, and frames to provide support and stability. Using prefabricated sandwich panel or metal sheet as the wall and roof cladding, equipt with doors and windows.
Steel structure workshop building construction materials used are simple, but they can make extraordinary buildings. All the material components are manufactured in a factory and then assembled on-site. Prefabrication offers several advantages, including faster construction time, higher quality control, and reduced on-site construction waste.
The steel used in these buildings is chosen for its strength and durability and can withstand heavy loads. It is lightweight, so the foundation doesn't need to bear too much weight. It is fast construction, saving time and cost. The flexible design method can be customized according to needs. It has good seismic performance, ensuring safety, and last but not least, it is easy to maintain and repair. So it is widely used in various industries.

Steel Workshop Advantages
Steel workshop offers several advantages over other construction materials:
1) It has high strength and durability withstand heavy loads, harsh environmental conditions, and has a long lifespan.
2)This kind of prefabricated steel building allows for faster assembly on-site, reducing construction time and enabling early occupancy.
3)Steel frame offers great design flexibility, allowing for customizable shapes and sizes to meet specific steel project requirements.
4)It is a cost-effective choice compared to other materials, offering good value for money in terms of initial construction and long-term maintenance.
5)Steel structure building can provide expansive interior spaces without the need for load-bearing interior walls, accommodating large machinery and equipment.
6)Proper insulation like EPS, glass wool, and rock wool can be incorporated into steel workshops or steel warehouse buildings enhancing energy efficiency and reducing heating and cooling costs.
Steel Workshop Application
Design Parameters
The information we need for the design of steel structure buildings/workshops/warehouses/godowns is as follows:
1). What are the specifications of the steel building you need? (Length, width, and height. The height of the building can greatly affect the cost.)
2). For what purpose is your steel building used? (Factory, workshop, warehouse, hangar, plant, poultry farm shed, etc.)
3). Thermal conditions of your steel building. (EPS, glass wool, rock wool, PU)
4). Lighting conditions of your steel building. (Ventilation/skylight)
5). Requirements for windows and doors. (Roll-up door/sliding door/steel door/ PVC door)
6). Wind load/snow load of the steel building. (To design a safe structure that can withstand the weather conditions)
7). Does the steel building have a crane? (3/5/10/15 tons)

Our customer
FAQ
1. Is it convenient if I arrange some goods from other suppliers that I need to send to your factory to ship together?
It is possible, that we can understand the shipping cost is expensive, and we can help to load your other goods into your container.
2. I need to build a steel structure warehouse but the only information I have is the floor area. Can you help us design it?
If the customer does not have formal drawings, we can help him design according to his floor area and functional uses, and recommend suitable materials according to his budget.
3. My entire steel structure is hot-dip galvanized, so can the anchor bolt also be hot-dip galvanized?
The anchor bolt usually does not need to hot-dip galvanize, if they are hot-dip galvanized, the nuts cannot be installed. Besides, the anchor bolts are buried inside the concrete, they are separated from the air so they will not rust.
4. How high are your warehouses usually?
If it is a conventional warehouse without a crane and is simply used to store goods, we recommend that the customer build a 6m~8m warehouse, mainly based on considerations of building structure and economic benefits.
5. What is the wind speed that the steel structure you designed can generally withstand?
If the customer has no special wind speed requirements, we usually quote the wind speed as 100~110 km/h. We can also design some special countries and regions, such as the Bahamas and Mauritius, where the wind speed reaches 250~280km/h, but the cost will be higher.
